Throughout the collection, objects reveal traces of their making, celebrating the maker's hand and the distinct qualities that emerge through each process. Raw timber is burned with flame to create a dark, textured surface, flat stainless-steel sheets are joined with exposed welds, and molten glass is blown into wooden moulds, capturing a grain unique to every piece. Contrasts find a quiet balance as smooth surfaces are complemented by expressive, irregular edges, while the refinement of marble and stainless steel is softened by the richness of velvet and mohair tartans.
