If you haven't received an order confirmation, one or more things may have caused it:

- Your order has not been approved and therefore not processed. Until your order has been approved and processed you will not receive a confirmation of the purchase.

- Your order confirmation might have landed in your junk mail. Please check the spam folder in your mailbox.

- The e-mail addess provided is incorrect. Please double check the e-mail address you've provided when placing your order.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to undo or change your order after it’s placed.

If you wish to cancel your order – use your right of cancellation.

When your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you receive an e-mail with a tracking link. If you haven't received an e-mail, please check your junk filter and whether you provided the correct e-mail address.

How do I return my order and who pays the return? icon/search copy 4Created with Sketch.

Please fill out the the return slip from your order and add it to the package you wish to return. You decide which shipment you wish to use, but we recommend using a secure packaging with tracking.

Please note – we are not able to pick up your return package in parcel shops, and it cannot be sent COD or without distribution.

Postage as well as any other expenses in relation to returning such as secure packaging must be paid by you, the customer. If a package is not picked up, we reserve the right to deduct the costs incurred by us from the purchase price before reimbursement. Please be aware that some couriers charge a fine if the package is not picked up.

When your return is received at the warehouse, the return process will begin. We refund the amount without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date of receiving your notice. However, we reserve the right to hold the return payment until we have received the goods you returned. As soon as the return process is finished you will receive a credit note on email and a refund to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Orders with delivery address in the United States can only be purchased on fermliving.us

Why is a product out of stock in the US webshop when it is in stock at the EU webshop? icon/search copy 4Created with Sketch.

You can find our full assortment in the US webshop, but it is unfortunately not all products that are in stock and available for purchase. If you like a specific product, you’re more than welcome to sign up at β€œNotify me” and we’ll do our best to get the product in stock. If the product will be in stock, you will receive an email. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that all products will become available for the United States.
