Please fill out the the return slip from your order and add it to the package you wish to return. You decide which shipment you wish to use, but we recommend using a secure packaging with tracking.
Please note – we are not able to pick up your return package in parcel shops, and it cannot be sent COD or without distribution.
Postage as well as any other expenses in relation to returning such as secure packaging must be paid by you, the customer. If a package is not picked up, we reserve the right to deduct the costs incurred by us from the purchase price before reimbursement. Please be aware that some couriers charge a fine if the package is not picked up.

When your return is received at the warehouse, the return process will begin. We refund the amount without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date of receiving your notice. However, we reserve the right to hold the return payment until we have received the goods you returned. As soon as the return process is finished you will receive a credit note on email and a refund to the same payment method you used for the purchase.
