We process your order as quickly as possible. All orders are fulfilled at our warehouse in Denmark within 1-3 business days. When your order is shipped, we will e-mail you the tracking number of the package.
We do not deliver to PO boxes.
All customers paying by credit card will, however, be subject to validation controls and Ferm Living reserves the right to delay an order if we consider further security control to be necessary.
In case the delivery appears damaged, we ask you to receive with reservation. If the contents are damaged, please fill out our claim form here.
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible (within 24 hours) by phone or via email and we will do our best to complete your request.

Please note, if your order has already been processed at the warehouse, we unfortunately cannot stop the shipment.
If you want to make changes to your order, it’s only possible to delete goods. We cannot add items, as the amount from the payment process may not be exceeded after your approval of the amount. If your order has already been processed, we can’t make any changes.
An address change is not always possible, and cannot be guaranteed after an order has been packed at our warehouse.
When ordering furniture or larger goods, they will be shipped with a special courier to your delivery address.
The parcel will be delivered to the curb, and if this is not possible then as close to your delivery address as possible. You are responsible for getting the delivery from the curb into your home.
This service does not include removal of any packaging materials nor pallets.
Standard delivery for bulky goods, large orders, and furniture is delivered by LTL to the curbside.
You have the option to add the following services:
- White Glove Delivery Standard – Delivered by LTL to the room of your choice.
- White Glove Delivery Premium – Delivered by LTL to the room of your choice, with packaging removal included.
The exact shipping costs for your purchase will be shown in the ordering process and depend on your order volume. White Glove Delivery fees are non-refundable once a delivery attempt has been made. If you are not present at the agreed time and location, the delivery will be considered attempted, and re-delivery is not possible.
You are responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to the requested delivery area. Our delivery team reserves the right to decline special handling if conditions are unsafe or access is blocked.
We are not liable for any damage to property during delivery unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Delivery personnel do not perform assembly, installation, or removal of existing items unless explicitly stated in the order.
Requirement for customer presence for bulky goods/large orders and furniture
If you are not present at the time of delivery and no prior arrangement has been confirmed, the delivery will not be completed and seen as attempted. We will treat the attempted delivery as a return of the item(s). In such cases:
- The goods will be returned to our warehouse.
- You will be refunded the item’s value only, not the delivery or handling charges.
- A new delivery date is not possible. If you still wish to buy the item, you need to submit a new order.
We ship to all US states, except Alaska and Hawaii.

We offer free ground shipping on orders with a subtotal value of $100 or higher, within the contiguous United States.
Furniture and bulky items are not subject to free delivery.
