Order in time for Christmas Cheer

With Christmas Eve just around the corner, there’s still time to place an order from our collections to make sure something special finds its way under the tree. Place your order in our webshop by the dates below, and we’ll do our utmost to ensure timely delivery for the holidays:

Standard orders: December 19th
Orders with larger items: December 15th

Please note that these dates are estimated and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances.

 

Extended return policy

At ferm LIVING, we believe Christmas should be a time of joy, not stress. To offer you more flexibility, we’re providing extended return rights on all products purchased through our webshop. Orders placed from November 1st can be returned until January 31st, 2025, allowing you to shop with peace of mind.

 

Warehouse closures

November 28th to December 1st: the warehouse is closed in observance of Thanksgiving
December 20th to January 5th: the warehouse is closed for our annual inventory audit

Please note that our annual warehouse inventory audit will be conducted from December 20th to January 5th. Orders placed after December 19th will be processed beginning January 6th. Due to this and the holiday season, delivery times may be longer than usual. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

Office closures

December 23rd to December 26th: our office will be closed
December 30th to January 1st: our office will be closed

Please be aware that changes or cancellations to orders will not be possible during closure periods, and some delays may occur. We will process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
