FREE GROUND SHIPPING IN THE UNITED STATES

We offer free ground shipping on orders with a subtotal value of $160 or higher, within the contiguous United States. The free ground shipping offer only applies to the shipping cost, and to an address in the contiguous United States.

Furniture and bulky items is not subject to free delivery.

These shipping prices you see are indicative and not for specific products. The shipping rates can vary according to the number of products and the volume. To see the specific price for your order, please go to check out and select your delivery address. Please note, that the shipping price in rare cases can be subject to change if the order includes bulky items. In such cases, you will be contacted directly by ferm LIVING US Inc. customer service upon receipt of your order.

We process your order as soon as possible. All orders are fulfilled at our warehouse in Sturtewant, Wisconsin within 1-5 business days. All customers paying by credit card, will, however, be subject to validation controls and ferm LIVING reserves the right to delay an order if we consider further security/fraud control to be necessary. When your order is shipped, we will e-mail you the tracking number of the package.

*MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Please expect a longer delivery time for made-to-order products. These items are custom-made specifically for you and therefore take longer to create and deliver than other items. We strive to provide the most accurate estimated arrival date for made-to-order items. However, fulfillment of made-to-order items can be delayed due to unforeseeable circumstances (delays from the supplier, the shipping carrier, natural disasters etc.) We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays to your order. You will receive an email once your made-to-order item(s) is/are ready to be shipped.

 

*BULKY GOODS/LARGE ORDERS AND FURNITURE
When ordering furniture or larger goods, your order will be shipped with a special courier to your delivery address. You will be contacted directly regarding the time of delivery so you will be home at the address upon delivery. If you are not at home at the agreed time of delivery, your item(s) might be returned to the warehouse. In that case, please contact us to arrange a re-delivery. The package will be delivered with curbside delivery. If curbside delivery is not possible then the goods will be delivered as close to your delivery address as possible (this service does not include removal of any packaging materials nor pallets). You are responsible for getting the goods from the curb into your house.  

The exact shipping costs for your purchase will be shown in the ordering process and depends on your order volume.

Usually, we ship the goods with TNT, UPS and LTL.
We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Please note: In the unlikely case the delivery appears damaged, we ask you to receive the goods with reservation. If the contents are damaged, please contact customer service at webshop@fermliving.com as soon as possible.



RETURN SHIPMENTS
If you have cancelled an order, you must send or deliver the goods to:

without unnecessary delay and at the latest 30 days after first contacting us regarding your return. The time deadline is kept if you return the goods before the expiry of the 30 days.

The goods cannot be sent COD or without distribution.

Postage as well as any other expenses in relation to returning for example secure packaging must be paid by you, the customer.

Upon return, you are responsible for wrapping the goods securely. You hold the risk of the goods as of delivery. You are responsible for the arrival of the package at our warehouse. We recommend using track and trace so that you may follow the shipment. 

The return costs in US until 10 kg are expected to be no more than 30 USD if the goods are sent as a package. See more at UPS, Fedex or US Postal service

Some goods cannot – due to their size – be sent by regular mail and will instead have to be returned via a special courier. This goes for most furniture such as shelving systems, desks, tables, side tables, chairs, sofas, daybeds, etc.

The cost of return with a special courier usually starts at 60 USD. The return cost depends on the goods' weight and volume, as well as the distance. Typically, there is a fixed price per mile. Please note that there may be a difference in price according to the chosen courier. You can get offers on the price for returning your goods by contacting a courier.

If a parcel is delivered at a parcel shop and not picked up, we reserve the right to deduct the costs incurred by us from the purchase price before reimbursement. Please, be aware that some couriers charge a fine if the package is not picked up.
